This permitted facility discharges treated industrial wastewater to an Unnamed tributary to First Creek sourced to Abernethy Creek, a Class C- stream in the Catawba River Basin. Some of the parameters in the permit are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the Catawba River. Currently turbidity, dissolved copper, and dissolved zinc are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the Rocky River.
