PERMIT APPLICATION Ely Lilly and Company, 1420 Concord Parkway South, Concord, N.C., has applied for a new NPDES wastewater permit (NC0090239) for its Concord facility in Cabarrus County. The facility discharges cooling water to unnamed tributary to Coddle Creek in the Catawba River basin. No parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Catawba River basin.
