Public Hearing: Draft Solid Waste Permit 9226-CDLF-2020 Shotwell C&D Landfill

The Division of Waste Management - Solid Waste Section will host a public hearing to accept public comments on Draft Permit 9226-CDLF-2020 to increase the daily acceptance rate and increase the service area at Shotwell C&D Landfill.  The landfill is located at 4724 Smithfield Road, Wendell, Wake County, NC.

The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will hold a public hearing on November 29, 2022 on the proposed revisions to Laboratory Certification Rule 15A NCAC 02H .0804.  The public is invited to provide comment on the proposal at the Ground Floor Hearing room in the Archdale Building, 512 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27603, beginning at 6 p.m.
