The next Division of Air Quality Outside Involvement Committee meeting is scheduled from 1:30 to 3:30 on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Water Resources (DWR) will hold public hearings on June 12 and June 24 to accept public feedback on Enbridge Gas North Carolina’s application for a water quality certification related to the proposed construction of a high-pressure steel natural gas transmission pipeline in Rockingham, Caswell and Person counties.

The North Carolina Oil and Gas Commission will meet at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, in Raleigh.

The North Carolina Environmental Management Commission will meet May 7-8 in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building in Raleigh. Members of the public may attend in-person or join the meeting by computer or phone. 

The N.C. Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Marine Fisheries Standard Commercial Fishing License Eligibility Board will meet by teleconference at 10:30 a.m. on April 17. The board will consider license applications that are deemed complete and submitted by March 28.

The Finfish Advisory committee will meet on April 16 at 6 p.m. to accept public comment, discuss, and vote on recommendations for the draft Southern Flounder Fishery Management Plan Amendment 4.

The Southern Regional Advisory committee will meet to accept public comment, discuss, and vote on recommendations for the draft Southern Flounder Fishery Management Plan Amendment 4.

The Northern Regional Advisory committee will meet to accept public comment, discuss, and vote on recommendations for the draft Southern Flounder Fishery Management Plan Amendment 4.
