The next meeting of the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission will occur March 13-14, 2024 in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building at 512 N. Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC.

The Conservation Fund Committee of the N.C. Marine Fisheries Commission will meet at 4 p.m. Feb. 21 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New Bern Riverfront, 100 Middle St., New Bern.

The Marine Fisheries Commission will meet February 21-23, 2024 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New Bern Riverfront.

The N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries Standard Commercial Fishing License Eligibility Board will meet by teleconference at 10:30 am April 9. The board will consider license applications that are deemed complete and submitted by March 13.

The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Water Resources will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. Feb. 5 at North Henderson High School to receive public comments on the draft permit for the proposed Clear Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Hendersonville.

The N.C. Oil and Gas Commission will meet in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building in Raleigh on January 17 for its regular quarterly meeting. The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. Members of the public may attend in-person or join the meeting by computer or phone.

The North Carolina Mining Commission will meet in Raleigh on January 16, 2024, beginning at 1 p.m. The public is invited to attend in person, by computer or phone.
