The Town of Liberty (Post Office Box 1006, Liberty, North Carolina 27298) has requested Special Order by Consent (SOC) SOC WQ S19-011 Ad, I for its Town of Liberty wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) – a 550,000 GPD wastewater collection, treatment and irrigation facility operating under the authority of non-discharge Permit Nos. WQ0003090 and WQCS00280.
