Land Quality (DEMLR) Permitting

Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources reviews applications for erosion and sediment control plan approval and construction stormwater (NCG01) permits for land disturbance.

Water Quality Permitting

The Division of Water Resources reviews applications for 401 certifications for projects impacting streams and stream buffers.

Air Quality Permitting

The Division of Air Quality currently permits three compressor stations in North Carolina associated with this pipeline:

The Southeast Supply Enhancement Project is anticipated to involve upgrades at Station 150 and Station 155 that will involve modifications to the air quality permits at those sites. Information about those air quality permit applications will be posted on this page once they are received by the Division of Air Quality.
