DEQ North Carolina Community Mapping System
The N.C. Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has created a department community mapping system, which will be used to inform some department decisions, such as specific plans for local outreach and public participation.
8/20/2026: A version of the Community Mapping System in ESRI Experience Builder is now available to use. Due to the deprecation of WebApp Builder, the previous platform will no longer be available. Please see the info tabs below to view archived information about the 1.0 System. A full update of functionality and accessibility of the Community Mapping System will be released later in 2026 with updated documentation.
Use the Community Mapping System
DEQ is seeking stakeholder feedback about the Community Mapping System.
