Risk-Based Environmental Remediation of Sites in its current form is established under Session Law 2015-286 which amended N.C.G.S. 130A, Part 8 of Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the North Carolina General Statutes (130A-310.65-310.77),

G.S. 130A-310.68 - Remediation standards 
G.S. 130A-310.69 - Remedial investigation report; remedial action plans 
G.S. 130A-310.70 - Notice of intent to remediate 
G.S. 130A-310.71 - Review and approval of proposed remedial action plans 
G.S. 130A-310.72 - Financial assurance requirement 
G.S. 130A-310.73 - Attainment of the remediation standards 
G.S. 130A-310.73A - Remediation of sites with off-site migration of contaminants 
G.S. 130A-310.74 - Compliance with other laws 
G.S. 130A-310.75 - Use of registered environmental consultants 
G.S. 130A-310.76 - Fees; permissible uses of fees 
G.S. 130A-310.76A - Risk-Based Remediation Fund 
G.S. 130A-310.77 - Construction of Part
