Duplin County Air Monitoring Study (DCAMS)

As part of a Settlement Agreement, the Department of Environmental Quality agreed to design and implement a temporary ambient air quality monitoring study in and around Duplin County, North Carolina.  The Division of Air Quality is tasked with determining the degree of air contamination and air pollution in and around this area of three pollutants, particulate matter (PM2.5), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), and ammonia (NH3).
