PUBLIC NOTICE OF FINAL ISSUANCE OF
AN AIR QUALITY PERMIT

The North Carolina Division of Air Quality (DAQ) hereby gives notice of final issuance of Air Quality Permit No. 07300R08

This facility applied for an Air Quality Permit which meets the all requirements including 15A NCAC 2D .0530.

The DAQ issued Air Quality Permit No. 07300R08 on February 29, 2012. The Air Quality Permit No. 07300R08 will be considered final and binding thirty (30) days following receipt of the Permit by the applicant.

The copy of the permit, application, all other relevant supporting materials, and all other materials available to DAQ that are relevant to the permit decision is available for interested persons to review during normal business hours at either of the following locations:
