Impacted Stream Survey

Would you like to be our eyes and ears in your watershed?  You can download our Impaired Impacted Stream/Watershed Survey to report a water quality issue to the Basinwide Planning Unit.  Completing this survey is voluntary. Submitted information will help guide resource agency staff to conduct further investigations, assessments, identify funding sources, and/or implement remedial actions.  This survey was initially developed by staff with the NC Division of Soil and Water Conservation and was edited by staff with the NC Division of Water Quality (DWQ) for use by the Basinwide Planning Program.
