The Division of Water Resources will hold a public hearing on proposed High Quality Waters and Outstanding Resource Waters reclassifications at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 27.

Purpose: To receive comments on the proposed amendments to 15A NCAC 02Q .0102, and .0706, and 15A NCAC 02D .0503, .0506, .0532, .0613, .0614, .0918, .0926, .0927, .0928, .0932, .0961, .0964, .1403, and .1708 and the proposed repeal of 15A NCAC 02D .0960. Also, to receive comment on the accompanying regulatory impact analysis for the proposed revisions.

Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Water Resources (DWR) will hold a public hearing on March 7, 2023 on the permit renewal for the City of Sanford’s Big Buffalo Wastewater Treatment Facility. Members of public are invited to provide comment at the hearing or during the public comment period.
