Comments will be accepted until October 15, 2021.  Comments can be submitted by email to DAQ.publiccomments@ncdenr.gov with the subject line "NC RH SIP" or by voicemail at 919-707-8403.  Members of the public can also provide comments during the Public Hearing.

What: Public Hearing regarding the proposed revisions to the Fresh Surface Water Quality Standards for Class C Waters – 15A NCAC 02B .0211

When: 6 p.m., Thursday, October 28, 2021 (attendees and participants may join starting at 5:45 p.m.)

The North Carolina Environmental Management Commission (EMC) will meet remotely Wednesday and Thursday, September 8 and 9. The public is invited to attend the meeting online or by phone.
