Submitting Claims for Disbursement Using the New DWI EBS System

Beginning July 1, 2025 funding recipients will be required to use the DWI EBS System to submit claim requests and all supporting documents for that claim.

Please note:
The DWI EBS System is intended to only be used to submit claim requests and the supporting documentation for that claim (e.g. Claim Summary Forms or worksheets, Invoice documents).
Required items for First or Final payment must be submitted vial the Laserfiche Portal (see below)
Important! Your agency must be registered in the DWI EBS System before logging in. Please submit an External User Access Request Application to register if needed. For more information visit: External User Access Request
Submitting Supporting Documentation via Laserfiche
DWI continues to use the Laserfiche portal for receiving all supporting documents other than request for claims/disbursement. To submit project documents please use the following link
Please note:
- The Division’s Laserfiche portal is used for the submittal of all documents to the Division for review, except for claim requests and the supporting document required for the claim.
