Funding Application Forms and Additional Resources

Funding application forms, guidance, and resource materials are available on this webpage for eligible entities interested in applying for funding for drinking water, wastewater, and/or stormwater projects. Applications are reviewed and presented to the State Water Infrastructure Authority for awards.

There are two types of funding applications:

·         Fall 2025 Applications. Applications are due Sept. 30, 2025, at 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

·         Rolling Applications. Rolling applications are accepted year-round, and are available for the following funding programs only:

o   Drinking water, wastewater, and decentralized wastewater treatment systems resilience funding in Hurricane Helene-impacted areas (SRF Helene Supplemental)

o   Lead Service Line Replacement funding for drinking water systems (LSLR)

o   Emerging Contaminants Evaluation/Assessment Study Projects for PFAS-affected drinking water, wastewater, and publicly-owned landfills (DWSRF-EC Studies and CWSRF-EC Studies)

o   Decentralized wastewater treatment systems projects from the CWSRF Pilot Program (CWSRF DWTS Pilot Program)
