The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19; at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20; and at 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21. The commission will hold public comment sessions at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19, and at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20.

The Division of Air Quality's Outside Involvement Committee is a stakeholder group that includes DAQ staff, the regulated community, environmental groups and the public. The group meets quarterly to provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions of DAQ staff and management on a wide range of air quality issues and processes. Staff will also provide updates on key changes or issues affecting the division.

The N.C. Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Marine Fisheries Standard Commercial Fishing License Eligibility Board will meet by teleconference at 10:30 a.m. on April 17. The board will consider license applications that are deemed complete and submitted by March 28.

The N.C. Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Marine Fisheries will hold an in-person workshop January 27 with the Southern Flounder Fishery Management Plan Advisory Committee to review draft Amendment 4 to the Southern Flounder Fishery Management Plan.
