Dry Cleaning Solvent Cleanup Act Annual Reports
Section 143-215.104U of the Dry-Cleaning Solvent Cleanup Act (DSCA) statutes requires the Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) provide an annual report to the Environmental Review Commision regarding the status of the DSCA Program.
