Water Supply Watershed Program Updated Draft Water Supply Watershed (WSW) Model Ordinance The Updated Draft Water Supply Watershed Model Ordinance was considered by the EMC's Environmental Management Commission (EMC) at their September 9, 2021 meeting. The EMC recommended that the UNC School of Government review the ordinance. After appropriate UNC-SOG comments are incorporated, NCDEQ will seek approval of revised ordinance in 2022. Water Supply Watershed Program Survey Local governments that implement a WSW Program are required to complete the Water Supply Watershed Program Survey. If your community has not yet completed the survey, please do so as soon as possible. If you have already completed the survey but want to make updates, you may do so at the survey link.
